Conceptualization & Research

Complete – Defined business model, researched infrastructure requirements, and explored vendor and partner relationships.

Phase 2

Planning & Feasibility

Complete – Assessed power and connectivity availability, confirmed project viability for Thunder Bay, and began early architectural planning.

Phase 3

Partnerships & Design

Complete – Working with Schneider Electric Canada and Guillevin International on power distribution and data center design. Finalizing infrastructure layouts and cooling strategies.

Phase 4

Capital & Client Development

In Progress – Securing Letters of Intent from anchor clients across Northwestern Ontario and building the capital structure to fund the facility build.

Phase 5

Permitting & Approvals

In Progress – Working with local authorities on zoning, environmental assessments, and construction permits.

Phase 6

Construction & Infrastructure Build

Upcoming – Site preparation, foundation, power distribution, cooling systems, and full network infrastructure deployment.

Service Launch
